What is your returns policy?
We are confident you will be happy with your purchase, and we take pride in the high quality of our range. However, if for any reason you are unhappy or the items arrive damaged or faulty we are happy to process a refund providing the following:
All refunds will be issued via the original form of payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item. You will be notified by email when your refund has been processed.
Please note: personalised items will only be eligible for a refund if they are damaged or faulty.
Can I cancel an order after payment?
Any attempt to cancel an order must be made via email to email@example.com or phone soon as possible. Cancellations attempted after dispatching will result in you being responsible for the shipping and handling charges on the package, and return cost of shipping the item back.
Can my newborn go in the carrier?
Our carrier is designed for use with babies between 3.5kg-9kg.
Is the carrier safe and comfortable for my baby?
We take the safety of little babes seriously and our carriers have been safety tested and certified to ASTM standards. Our carriers comes with instructions for use, safety labelling and guidelines. We are a member of the Baby Carrier Industry Alliance (BCIA) and keep up to date with all the latest in safety and baby wearing news. All our carriers include a wide leg insert for optimal hip positioning.
Is the carrier one size fits all?
Our carrier is easily adjustable to fit a wide variety of baby wearer sizes, however if you find it does not comfortably fit you may return it as per our returns policy.
